SureCam appoints Justin White to Chief Operating Officer

Justin-White-COO-2[ST. LOUIS, MO, August 18, 2022] – St. Louis-based SureCam, the video telematics leader for small and midsize businesses, is pleased to announce that Justin White, Managing Director of SureCam’s European operation, has been named global Chief Operating Officer.

Justin-White-COO-768x994White will continue to head the business in Europe and report to Max Hillman, SureCam’s President.

“Justin is a seasoned and trusted leader both within SureCam, and within the telematics industry,” Hillman said. “He is uniquely qualified to drive global operations as SureCam continues our hyper growth.”

In his role as COO, White will oversee the operations of the business spanning from supply chain and manufacturing to deploying and activating new SureCam customer accounts.  White is particularly focused on SureCam’s commitment to outstanding customer experience.

“White is a dedicated leader who has contributed to SureCam’s success and growth over the past six years,” said Arpan Majumder, SureCam’s Chief Financial Officer. “His understanding of telematics and experience working with thousands of fleets over the last 25 years shows up in the outstanding customer experience he and his teams are able to deliver.”

Prior to becoming COO, White was responsible for leading the overall strategy and execution for SureCam’s direct business in the UK and 2020 acquisition of Trajet – SureCam’s research and development division based out of Germany.

White joined SureCam in 2016 and in 2017 oversaw the transition to its current St. Louis based ownership group, Lewis & Clark Capital. Previously, he was General Manager at Ctrack (now Inseego) where he was responsible for the business growth and development of Ctrack’s UK Fleet SME sector. Prior to Ctrack he was Operations Manager at Minorplanet.

For White, his journey in telematics has been characterized by a passion for working with his customers, both SMB and enterprise.

“When I joined SureCam in 2016, the business really was a startup. Today, we are a market leader in the UK with a long list of well-known brands.  Now, SMB clients make up a substantial portion of our base.  Our growth with SMB has stemmed from SureCam’s commitment to being the easiest video telematics platform, something of particular importance to small and midsize business owners and managers.”

For White, it’s not just about the business results. It’s also about working with a dedicated global team that’s united in trust and integrity.

“I think the area I love most about working at SureCam is our team and culture,” he said. “We’re hiring quite aggressively. I appreciate having the opportunity to give people a leg up with their career ambitions, because I’ve been there, I can name people who gave me opportunities along the way. SureCam is giving us a lot of opportunities to do that because we’re hiring and growing as aggressively as we are.”
