SureCam Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1  Welcome to the SureCam Referral Program ("Referral Program"). The Referral Program is offered by SureCam, a provider of combined vehicle tracking and dash cam video services.

1.2 By participating in the Referral Program, referred to as the "Program," you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Program.

2. Program Duration

2.1 The SureCam Referral Program is an evergreen program, meaning it is ongoing and has no set end date. SureCam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.

3. Rewards and Incentives

3.1 SureCam offers a reward program based on the size of the initial sale successfully referred to SureCam. The reward options include:

For referrers in the United States:

Account Credits with a payout of $26/vehicle included in the initial sales order. Reward will be applied in the form of a credit on the referrer’s SureCam customer account.

Gift Cards with a payout of $20/vehicle included in the initial sales order. Reward will be paid as an email issued visa gift card to the registered referrer.

For referrers in the United Kingdom:

Account Credits with a payout of £14/vehicle included in the initial sales order. Reward will be applied in the form of a credit on the referrer’s SureCam customer account.

Gift Cards with a payout of £11/vehicle included in the initial sales order. Reward will be paid as an email issued visa gift card to the registered referrer.

3.2 To be eligible for rewards, the referred business must meet the following criteria:

• Located in the United States or United Kingdom.
• Not currently using SureCam's services or in active contact with SureCam's sales team.
• Signs up as a new customer within 6 months of the referral being submitted.
• The referrer must not refer their own organization or themselves as a new customer.
• The referrer must obtain the necessary contact and information sharing permissions before submitting a referral.

3.3 Rewards are subject to change at SureCam's discretion and are contingent upon the successful activation of the referred customer's account.

4. Referral Submission

4.1 Referrers can submit their referrals through the designated form on the SureCam website. Each referral will be reviewed upon submission, and referrers will be notified of acceptance or rejection as a registered referral.

4.2 Upon submission, SureCam will contact the referred business to initiate conversations and product demonstrations.

5. Calculation and Distribution of Rewards

5.1 The value of the reward is determined based on the number of vehicles contracted in the referred customer's initial sales order.

5.2 Referrers will be notified of the success of their referral and the value of their reward 30 days after the referred customer's new account activation.

5.3 Rewards may be paid in either account credits or gift cards:

If the referrer chooses account credits, the credit will be applied to their future invoices until fully credited.

If the referrer chooses gift cards, the redeemable gift card details will be delivered via email.

6. Tax Compliance

6.1 Participants in the United States who earn more than $600 annually from the SureCam Referral Program are required to complete a W-9 Tax Form. In order to ensure tax compliance, SureCam will provide a W-9 Tax Form to complete and submit after every successful referral sale to ensure tax compliance. The W-9 Tax Form must be completed and submitted back to SureCam through the designated W-9 Tax Form Collection Form within 30 days in order to receive the reward.

7. Advertising Disclosure

7.1 Participants are required to comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP), and Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines when posting or sharing information about SureCam or the Program via social media. Participants must disclose their material connection to SureCam and use the hashtags #Sponsored and #SureCamReferralProgram at the start of all relevant social media posts.

8. Eligibility

8.1 The SureCam Referral Program is open to SureCam customers, resellers, and partners located in the United States and United Kingdom who do not have an active and official partner referral agreement in place. SureCam employees earning sales commissions are not eligible to participate.

9. Termination of the Program

9.1 SureCam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

12.1 SureCam reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants are responsible for reviewing the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.

By participating in the SureCam Referral Program, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. SureCam reserves the right to make the final determination of eligibility and reward distribution.
