Transaction Data: If you purchase goods and/or services from us, you will need to provide certain information to us so that we can supply those goods/services to you.  The information you supply to us may include your name, your contact details, your card details and other information relevant to your transaction.

We will process that data in order to perform our contract with you and to fulfil the transaction.  This is also our reason for processing the data (our legitimate interest).

How do we protect your information?

We take commercially reasonable security measures to protect the information in our care from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.  However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits or accesses their information to maintain the safety of Personal Information. We never ask for credit card numbers. All payment transactions are processed through a certified Payment Card Industry (PCI) gateway provider, encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and are not collected, stored or processed on our servers.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our Website. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our Website and other sites on the Internet. You can ask us to provide you with details of any Personal Information we hold about you.  You may be required to pay us a fee for supplying this to you.  Until 25th May 2018, this fee is £10.  After 25th May 2018, you do not have to pay us a fee to access your personal data unless we believe your access request is unfounded, repetitive or excessive.  In this case, we may charge you a reasonable fee to access your personal data or we may decide not to comply with your request.  We will notify you if this is the case. We will require you to provide appropriate evidence of your identity before we respond to your request.

Typically this identification evidence will be a photocopy of your passport or photo driving licence, which a solicitor or bank has certified as being a true copy of the original and a copy of a recent utility bill detailing your current address.
