You can typically watch videos from your SureCam devices almost instantly. Within MyGeotab, SureCam provides three types of video:

Event Video: This video is recorded when there's a g-force or alert-triggered event, like harsh braking or excessive speeding. These videos automatically upload to the SureCam platform as full frame rate or preview videos based on your settings, and you can review and download them for up to 60 days.
 
Continuous Video: This is footage recorded minute-by-minute while your vehicles are operating. SureCam devices have a standard storage of 50 hours for continuous video. After 50 hours of driving, the recording overwrites itself. As a Geotab user, you can view this continuous video on the MyGeotab platform, provided it's still stored on your device.
 
Real-Time Video: This is optional live footage available when your vehicles are on and connected to the cellular network. You need SureCam LiveCheck activated on your account to view real-time video.

Your video and its associated data continue to be recorded, even when your vehicle goes out of cellular network range. Once your vehicle returns within range, your SureCam device reconnects, uploads the videos, and updates the GPS tracking data and video retrospectively.
