Generally, you can access videos from your SureCam devices within seconds. We offer three types of video:

Event Video: Automatically uploaded to the SureCam platform when triggered by events such as harsh braking or excessive speeding. These videos can be reviewed and downloaded for up to 60 days.

Continuous Video: Captures footage minute by minute while vehicles are running, with up to 50 hours of storage. Once the 50-hour limit is reached, older footage is overwritten. Continuous video can be accessed remotely via the SureCam platform, provided it is still available on the device.

Real-Time Video: Optional live footage available when vehicles are switched on and connected to the mobile network. To access real-time video, SureCam LiveCheck must be enabled on your account.

Yes! Beyond event-triggered videos, we provide access to continuous video (loop recording) remotely through the SureCam platform, allowing you to view footage even if no harsh driving or AI event was triggered.

G-force triggered safety alerts include harsh braking, hard cornering, fast acceleration, and speeding. AI triggered alerts include distracted driving, phone usage, eating and drinking, tailgating, forward collision warning and more. The sensitivity levels for these alerts can be configured remotely to best meet your business needs.

We offer an unlimited number of user licenses with your subscription. This flexibility enables you to set up your account and workgroups to best manage the safety of your field team, deciding who gets access to the platform and the level of access granted.

SureCam includes all camera hardware, software, and data costs in a simple, affordable monthly subscription. This eliminates expensive upfront costs, removes the hassle of owning and replacing outdated equipment, and allows you to easily adjust camera views and plans as your business grows and evolves.
Yes, the SureCam dash cam hardware is covered under warranty for as long as you have an active rental subscription agreement. If issues arise that can't be resolved remotely, a replacement unit will be shipped to you hassle-free. In cases where a camera is lost or destroyed in an accident, a modest replacement fee applies.
