Is it possible to access video when there's no harsh driving incident?

Definitely! Videos triggered by harsh driving, known as Event Videos, are excellent for promptly addressing incidents and helping to improve driving behaviour to prevent accidents. However, you might need video footage for reasons other than harsh driving incidents. For these situations, we provide Continuous Video, which you can access remotely from the SureCam platform.

What if my vehicle travels out of range of cellular network coverage?

Don't worry, your videos and associated data continue to be recorded even if your vehicle temporarily loses cellular network coverage. Once your vehicle returns to a network area, the SureCam device will reconnect, upload the videos, and update the tracking data on our cloud-based platform. Our dash cams ensure high-quality recording even during network outages.
